The Chamber’s Culture
Beginning with the first day at work, the Vegas Chamber introduces new employees to the Vegas Chamber culture that focuses on a can-do, friendly environment. Employees are empowered to make decisions regarding their jobs and interactions with members and do what is best for the organization. The management team encourages staff input on improving processes, project planning, and growth opportunities for the Vegas Chamber.

The Vegas Chamber’s Work/Family Initiatives program began over five years ago. Our program includes:
- Flexible spending benefit
- Community service time (8 hours a year to be taken in hourly or daily increments for educational or community service activities)
